About The Speakers

Tim Hughes is Founder of The Brief Doctor, his background is in TV Channel Brands, Marketing and Promotions. Most notably at Paramount Comedy, BBC Broadcast/Red Bee Media and Discovery. He is the recipient of a Promax UK Lifetime Achievement Award.

Pauline Russell is Creative Director of The Brief Doctor, she has led numerous global creative teams as both a Director and VP/Creative Director including teams at Scripps Networks, BBC Studios and Discovery. She has won numerous Global Promax Golds, Kinsale Sharks and New York TV Festival awards and was the Conference Chair of Promax UK. She is the recipient of numerous Global Promax Golds.
